We currently see most small animals including: dogs, cats, pocket pets, and reptiles. Large animal services are currently not available (but we hope to offer these in the future.)

We offer many of the same services you would find in a traditional clinic including: preventative care, soft tissue surgery (spays, neuters, mass removals), and dentals. We even have a full laboratory on board our clinic! We currently do not offer x-rays (but this will be available in the future)

Our automated system makes this easy for you! Simply click on the “Book Now!” button on our home page. Then enter the address you would like us to come to. Our system will let you know what days we are available in your area- just pick the one that works for you! Then, 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will get an email and/or text message with what time to expect us.

Our scheduling system automatically calculates and optimizes the best route for us each day based on the location of each appointment, as well as the number of pets we may see at each house. This creates a scheduled time for each appointment that allows us to move to each one efficiently. 24 hours before your appointment our system will generate a message with the time to expect us, within plus or minus one hour. So this will give you about a two hour window when we’ll arrive at your address. 

Yes- our house call fee is a flat $50. This must be paid when you book your appointment, and is in addition to an exam fee of $30 (discounted exam fees for multiple pets seen at the same address)

We have many stationary clinics throughout the month where you can come to us. There is no housecall fee for these clinics, and instead, you pay the exam fee when you book online.

Absolutely! Just make sure you enter the address where you want us to see your pet when booking your appointment.

You must cancel 36 hours prior to appointment in order to receive a refund. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 days to process depending on your financial institution. If you simply need to change your appointment day, please call us.
